New add-on module - Collax Document Management - Now available!

We are pleased to introduce our latest product: Collax Document Management, which is based on the powerful technology of Paperless-ngx. At a time when efficient document management is critical to business success, our new system offers a user-friendly and reliable solution to digitize, organize and securely store your documents.

In an increasingly digital world, efficient document management is becoming more and more important. Collax Document Management offers a solution to optimize the organization of documents and reduce paper consumption.

With Collax Document Management, users can categorize and securely store documents of all types. The flexible tagging function allows users to organize documents according to their individual needs. This not only improves clarity, but also facilitates access to relevant information. It also promotes collaboration and the exchange of information within teams.

Collax Document Management offers a wide range of functions that enable convenient document management. This includes the option of importing various formats or having them stored directly by scanners. Powerful text recognition (OCR) makes content accessible for indexed searches. Barcodes can be attached to scanned documents to ensure fast tag assignment. The corresponding tag is assigned directly to the document with each barcode.

Full text and metadata are indexed for a powerful search. Documents can thus be found quickly and easily.

The new module is available immediately. In addition to a license, version 7.2.32 of the Collax Server is required.
